When will I receive my order?

Log in to your MyRevive account to check the status of your order and track the shipment. We usually process orders within 1 business day. Estimated processing times are shown during checkout and in the confirmation email.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery times depend on the courier chosen at the time of purchase. You can find more details about shipping times on our dedicated page.

What should I do if my iPhone has an issue?

All our devices go through rigorous checks to ensure a like-new experience. However, we understand that issues may still occur.

With every purchase, Revive offers a 12-month warranty and a 14-day return window. To find out if your device is eligible for assistance or replacement, log in to your MyRevive account.

Our warranty covers technical and mechanical faults but does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, damage from normal wear and tear, or the product’s natural obsolescence. You have 14 days from delivery to test your iPhone: if you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and matches the sale description.

Revive covers shipping costs for returns made within Italy, providing a prepaid label. To initiate a return or assistance request, fill out the form available in the dedicated section or contact our customer service.

I can’t find the iPhone I’m looking for. What should I do?

Our inventory changes frequently. We add new models every day, so we recommend checking our website regularly. We hope to meet your needs soon!

What’s the difference between a standard and a new battery?

For sustainability reasons, we do not automatically replace the batteries in all devices. Phones sold by Revive come with either an original or a high-quality battery, with guaranteed capacity between 80% and 100%.

In some cases, we offer the option to choose a brand-new battery during purchase, ensuring the same efficiency as original ones.

How do I disable the “Find My iPhone” feature?

To remove this feature from your device, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Settings and select your name at the top.
  2. Access the Find My section and turn off Find My iPhone.

If you cannot access the device, you can disable the feature via your iCloud account by visiting www.icloud.com.
